Yes, your friend went through this site and used our invitation process to invite you to play games.

Will I be Spamming if I send the invitations through this site?
No, you will not be spamming. You can send this invitation to as many or as few buddies as you choose. We do not support spamming and we don't permit our users to spam.  We track bounced email reports, unsubscribe and spam complaints.  If abuse is detected, we reserve the right to permanently remove the abuser's email from our system, stop any emails sent by this user and report to any legal entity if required by the law.

Is my privacy protected when I use this site?
We value our user's right to privacy. You can review our privacy policy on the link below. We do not store any personal or sensitive information. The only information stored while on these pages is your full name. The information is displayed to your buddies after you send them an invitation.  Please note: privacy policy terms change when you become a member of our site.  This can be reviewed on our member pages.

Is OrangeShark.com Phishing?
OrangeShark.com does NOT save user's email logins. OrangeShark.com is not Phishing.  Let's go over what Phishing is...

Phishing: the act of attempting to fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy person or business with a real need for such information in a seemingly official electronic notification or message.

Phishing does NOT happen on OrangeShark.com.  This site simply lets user's access their email contact list and then allows the user to select friends they want to send invitation email. Friends not selected will not receive a card from you.
