About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth for our ATS SaaS product. You will own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to closing deals-and work directly with founders to shape GTM strategy. If you love selling modern HR tech, understand the recruitment ecosystem, and thrive in fast-moving SaaS environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients such as HR teams, recruitment agencies, and staffing firms.
- Lead product demos and present the value proposition of our ATS platform.
- Manage the full sales funnel: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and influence product roadmap.
- Track pipeline metrics and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the brand at events, webinars, and partnership discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably HR tech, ATS, or recruitment solutions.
- Strong understanding of the hiring process, recruitment tech, and HR workflows.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to run crisp product demonstrations and handle technical objections.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
