    Responsibilities

    About the Role

    We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple roles, engaging with clients, and ensuring timely closures.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
    2. Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
    3. Source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates
    4. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
    5. Ensure timely closure of open positions
    6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    7. Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress
    8. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

    Requirements

    1. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to handle multiple roles and clients simultaneously
    4. Proven ability to close positions within timelines
    5. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
    6. Highly organized and proactive approach

    Good to Have

    1. Experience working in a startup or agency environment
    2. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
