About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple roles, engaging with clients, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Proven ability to close positions within timelines
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
- Highly organized and proactive approach
