    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team focused on Loan Against Property (LAP) and Working Capital products. You will play a critical role in driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the team's success. This role requires a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA), an understanding of financial products, and team management skills.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve LAP and Working Capital sales targets.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking LAP and Working Capital solutions.
    • Oversee the team's efforts to understand and cater to clients' financial needs.


    DSA Network Development:

    • Cultivate and expand a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to source potential clients.
    • Collaborate with DSAs to identify and refer potential clients for LAP and Working Capital loans.


    Sales and Target Achievement:

    • Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
    • Continuously prospect for new clients and opportunities to expand the business.


    Product Knowledge:

    • Ensure the team possesses a deep understanding of LAP and Working Capital products and their associated processes.
    • Provide expert guidance to clients and team members regarding the suitability of financial solutions.


    Market Research:

    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the LAP and Working Capital segment.
    • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in financial sales, with a focus on LAP and Working Capital products.
    • Strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficient in financial analysis and credit assessment.
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Decent financial knowledge and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
