    Responsibilities

    Position Summary: 

    As a Relationship Manager specializing in unsecured business loans, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while providing financial solutions to meet their business needs. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA), a good understanding of unsecured business loans, and solid financial knowledge.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking unsecured business loans.
    • Understand the specific financial requirements of clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.


    DSA Network Development:

    • Cultivate and expand a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to source potential clients.
    • Collaborate with DSAs to identify and refer potential clients for unsecured business loans.


    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of unsecured business loan products and their associated processes.
    • Provide expert advice to clients regarding the suitability of different financial solutions.


    Sales and Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting unsecured business loan products.
    • Continuously prospect for new clients and opportunities to expand the business.


    Market Research:

    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the unsecured business loan segment.
    • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in financial sales, particularly in unsecured business loans.
    • Strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Decent financial knowledge and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
