● Should have exposure of equity Markets.
● Candidate should have a Branch manager experience of 4 years in a stock-broking firm.
● He should be able to lead the team & should have thorough knowledge of Local Capital Market.
● Candidate should have good understanding of Equity related Sales & processes.
Job Responsibility
● Recruitment of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager - Dealing.
● Ensuring specific number of employees in the team.
● Retention of Team Members.
● Meeting Clients along with Team Members so that the team members are develop confidence resulting in higher revenue.
● Assist team members Cross-sell the Wealth Product to the HNI
