Performance Marketer

As an App Marketing Expert you will be creating, running and optimizing marketing campaigns to acquire the best users for the app. You will be working closely with our kickass growth & design teams to realise the ideas that can help in rapid user growth that we are experiencing.

🔨 Responsibilities

• Conceptualise Facebook, Google, etc. campaigns and implement them on ad networks
• Monitor and optimize the campaigns for best results
• Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with creative, product, analytics and customer research + support teams to assess campaign needs
• Analyse the campaigns performance from a creative point of view and use the findings to improve the creatives and in turn campaign performance
• Proactively try and test new ideas and concepts

⭐ Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with App Marketing for a high growth company
• Solid understanding of adtech
• Proven ability to scale and optimize the campaigns
• Understands full funnel digital marketing
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus
• Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
