As we continue to grow, we are now building a brand-new game development team in Bangalore where we will be driving the future of our portfolio here in India. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join us in our Bangalore office. 

Working as part of a talented team, you will be working directly with the VP studio and helping to build a market leading development team in India. We aim to lead and create hugely successful, global franchises, driven and created here in Bangalore.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our games including driving gameplay, ensure the best overall gaming experience for our players as well as the best monetization strategy for each game. You will report directly to the VP Bangalore Studio and will work with the producer, product analyst, game programmers and artists on the team. Working with the team you will be instrumental in creating our next hit game. If you want to be responsible for a global hit created here in Bangalore, this is the opportunity you have been seeking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the design on our hybrid casual games.
• Design and create world beating top grossing games.
• Manage and participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new ideas for games, levels, and game mechanics.
• Work with the rest of the team to ensure the game is implemented and polished to the highest standards.
• Test and tune the game to make it as good as can be.
• Pushing the team for quality and speed.
• Work with monetization specialists to maximize retention and monetization whilst preserving the gameplay experience.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in game development.
• Extensive experience with Unity primarily on mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An avid interest in mobile games and games in general.
• Ability to clearly create design documents and update as needed.
• Attention to detail.
• Self motivated.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• 3D and 2D gameplay experience.
• Rapid prototyping and iteration experience a plus.
• Documented experience on shipped, successful F2P games.
• Skilled in iteration and adjusting game to suit data driven results.
• Research and keep abreast of emerging technologies including devices and operating systems to be able to design the most up-to-date and relevant games, including learning new software packages or technologies as necessary. 
• Analyse and respond to user feedback data to improve experience and monetization.
• Participate in playtesting and provide feedback on other aspects of the game, such as user interface and visual design, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in casual and mid-core games and share insights
