Chief Technical Officer- CTO

We're looking for a CTO who can take complete ownership of the Tech Team and hustle and get things done while building and scaling our product. Our ask is a burning desire for scale, relentless passion, and a fearless attitude that leaves a lasting impression.

 Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for overall aspects of developing and implementing technology strategy and initiatives in alignment with business goals 
• Define, architect, and innovate the technology platform on the web and apps. 
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency 
•  Proactively prevent technical issues for architecture, quality assurance, security, and data protection processes. 
• Be the POC for the technical department, and come to a consensus with the Product and Business team to bring the best of business, Product, and Tech. 
• Monitor KPIs of the tech team and IT budgets to assess technological performance 
• Use stakeholder feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology 

Requirement:

•  Passion for developing smooth-flowing, error-free, best-in-class, user-focused technologies. 
• 12+ years of experience in Managing a Tech Team for a product-based company 
• B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization 
• Extremely strong communication skills 
• Has outstanding technical aptitude and a proven past record for a team drawing inspiration 
• Has experience handling security and performance issues in startups 
• Capable of getting problem statements solved in a given time and budget 
• Experience in scaling a small startup to a profitable business 
• Expertise in cloud technologies, scalable architectures, and modern software development practices
