Roles & Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in user research activities to build a solid understanding of the problem space.
- Work closely with product, tech, and business to identify project goals and deliver high-quality work (user flows, wireframes, low/high fidelity UI mockups, prototypes…).
- Take ownership and iteratively design through conceptual and development cycles.
- Create detailed design specs and assets that makes engineering teams more effective in bringing the product to life
- Follow and promote design best practices and work with the design team to curate, gate keep and develop the Zolve brand and design system.
Requirement:
Must have
- Portfolio showcasing top notch interaction skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Min 3 years of experience designing multi-platform product experiences in a fast-paced, agile development environment
- Data driven: Can articulate and defend design decisions backed by research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in standard design tools like Figma
- Good communication skills: written and verbal
Good to have
- Experience working collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams
- Good knowledge of frontend principles to make informed design decisions
- Storytelling skills: showcasing your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Previous exposure to fin-tech domain/start-ups
